Friday, May 11, 2012 • 7:30 PM The Seaway Chorale & Orchestra is proud to present, “American Tapestry” and guarantees a most wonderful journey through nostalgia America! Performing distinctly “American” songs like “Battle Hymn of the Republic,” “ American Heros,” and hearing the Orchestra play “Stars and Stripes Forever,” will have your heart thumping in pride of our great country! Other songs also associated as distinctly “American,” will be onstage like, “ Ain’t Misbehavin’,” “I Got Rhythm,” “What a Wonderful World,” and “Embraceable You.” A few songs from our not-too-distant past like, “The Longest Time,” “Under the Boardwalk,’ and a “Beach Boys Medley” will also be included as a nod to our American heritage of songs.
